Beacon Digital Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the relevant SOW or proposal.
Either party may terminate services for any reason with written notice. Upon termination, the Client must pay for all services performed up to the termination date.
If a Client is dissatisfied with our services, Beacon Digital Agency will work to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. Complaints should be submitted directly to us before considering external claims or disputes.
We handle all projects with professionalism and aim to deliver as per the proposal. Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Money-back Guarantee: Certain services may qualify for a money-back guarantee within 24 hours of purchase.

If a refund request is made before initial design concepts are delivered, the Client will be eligible for a full refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
If requested within 48 hours after delivery of initial concepts, a 66% refund (less 10% fee) applies.
If requested between 48–120 hours after delivery, a 33% refund applies.
After 120 hours, no refunds will be issued.
Once final files are delivered, or a project is approved, no refunds will be granted.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The Client is inactive or non-responsive for more than 30 days.
Final project files have been delivered.
Services are canceled due to a change of mind.
Website has been launched live.
Client requests refund for services outside design scope (e.g., SEO, hosting, domains, ad campaigns).
